These Terms govern purchases from Univoxx, LLC (“Univoxx,” “we,” “us”).
Services
We provide remote professional services as described on the product or checkout page. We do not sell physical merchandise.
Orders and payment
An order is an offer to purchase the listed service. Payment is due at checkout. We may decline or cancel an order if payment fails or if we cannot fulfill the service.
Delivery
Services are delivered remotely after payment. Timing depends on the scope described for that service.
Customer responsibilities
You must provide accurate contact information and any access or details reasonably needed to perform the work.
Limitation of liability
To the extent allowed by law, Univoxx is not liable for indirect or consequential damages. Our total liability for a service is limited to the amount paid for that order.
Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Michigan, without regard to conflict-of-law rules.
